I’ve uploaded what I think is 9 “finalized” poems. I think they are a good mixture of my different styles. Hopefully I will get some more up in the future, I’m sure I’ll be writing plenty this summer.
Its funny to look at my stuff and see that the main type of genre produced is love related. I guess creation is a great reflection of character is it not? I guess I would not mind being known as a love poet.
My video seems to cut out 10-20 seconds too early. Please enjoy the good weather.

An idea I’m playing with, my poems and your art make love. Hopefully that is. My idea is to give a few of my poems out to local artist, mostly younger if i can - mostly to help get ourselves a bit of local exposure if you will, and to have them make small paintings, drawings, or sculptures, mainly any form of physical art inspired by the emotions perceived by the poems chosen from my collection (paintings and drawings preferably in my mind are seen on smaller mediums of various shapes and sizes). This will undoubtably take awhile to get going so I’m starting getting this thing in action now. Thursday Night: My First Open Mic

Tomorrow night will be my first open mic reading my own poetry. I will admit, thinking about the actuality of reading my poetry is very exciting; its the attention of the public speaking that will be the knot in the stomach. How ironic, the attention whore gets anxious with too much attention. None the less I’m excited on many levels. This is a big step for me. My first step past writing for myself. Baby steps.
If I’m allowed and all goes well I will be recording this with my laptop and posting it online later on that night, maybe if I can get away with it I will stream it live on ustream.tv and if so I will myspace bulletin the link and let it ride.
